"INTRALOT S.A. - INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES" ("INTRALOT") announces that the merger by INTRALOT of its wholly owned subsidiary under the corporate name "BETTING ORGANIZATION, OPERATION AND PROMOTION SINGLE MEMBER S.A." and the distinctive title "BETTING COMPANY Single Member S.A.", in accordance with the provisions of articles 7-21and 35 of Law 4601/2019, and of Law 4172/2013, with transformation balance sheet dated 31.12.2023, was approved by virtue of the decision no. 3243554ΑΠ/15-03-2024 (ΑΔΑ: 9ΘΠΕ46ΝΛΣΞ-2ΧΧ)of the Head of the Division for Corporations of the General Directorate for the Market and Consumer Protection of the General Secretariat of Trade of the Ministry for Development, which was registered with the General Commercial Register on 15/03/2024 under Registration Code Number 4059228.
