INTRON TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED (30 June 2023, Hong Kong) - Intron Technology Holdings Limited ("Intron Technology" or the "Group"; HKEX: 1760), a leading automotive electronics solutions provider in China, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai G-Pulse Electronics Technology Company Limited has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Haomo.AI Technology Co., Ltd. ("Haomo") recently, with the two parties reaching a deep cooperation on the development of a highly competitive intelligent driving mass production solutions for ADAS Domain Control Unit based on the Journey® 3 chips. Intron Technology will provide solutions including hardware, service supporting and manufacturing, leveraging both parties' strengths to step on intelligent driving projects together.

This cooperation aims to give full play to Intron Technology's hardware design capability and engineering services, as well as Haomo's advantages in data directed driving and urban navigation assisted driving scenarios. As the preferred hardware partner of Haomo's Journey® 3 ADAS Domain Control Unit platform, Intron Technology will play an essential role in the mass production projects of future intelligent driving collaboration. It will be responsible for intelligent driving projects hardware design and manufacturing in accordance with the definition of specification of requirements (SOR) and the agreed principles between the two parties. The cooperation is expected to cover product development and supporting services in association with auto-driving and intelligent driving system architectures and hardware architecture. The first joint attempt will be of ADAS Domain Control Unit, followed by continual launch of more intelligent driving products that come with competitive price and high performance.
Apart from having relatively rich industrial resources and advantages in their respective fields, the two companies also share the same vision on the future development trend of the intelligent vehicle industry, especially in terms of products and services for mass production. In the future, their senior management will communicate in greater depth and collaborate more frequently and effectively on key areas of technical cooperation, major joint projects and their implementation.

China is having a greater weight on the global automobile market. Riding on the tide of localization, intelligent driving market is under rapid growth, and mass production with local intelligent hardware and software products is becoming mainstream. Its industry-first perception-focused urban Navigation On HPilot (NOH) has been introduced to cities such as Beijing, Baoding and Shanghai, and general testing has started in other cities. In April 2023, Haomo released HAOMO DriveGPT, the industry's first generative transformer for autonomous driving, and unlocked cooperation. The parameter production scale reached 120 billion units.
