Mainstreet Health Investments Inc. (OTCPK:MHIV.F) signed a definitive agreement to acquire a Portfolio of three state-of-the-art post-acute transitional care facilities from Mainstreet Property Group, LLC for $67 million on November 2, 2017. The portfolio includes two operators and three recently developed facilities in Texas, Missouri and Nebraska. Mainstreet Health Investments intends to fund the transaction through the combination of the assumption of debt, the retirement of mezzanine loans on the projects, cash on hand, and Mainstreet Health Investments’ sale of the transitional care facility in Wichita, Kansas to Mainstreet Property Group for $22.8 million. The proposed transaction is subject to a number of closing conditions, including satisfactory completion of due diligence. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to the Mainstreet Health 's Adjusted Funds from Operations. Mainstreet Health Investments Inc. The remaining funding was from a combination of cash on hand, and the previously announced sale of Mainstreet Health's transitional care facility in Wichita, Kansasto Mainstreet Property Group for $22.8 million.
