TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND MANAGER IN

CHARGE OF DRAWING UP THE COMPANY'S ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS

INTERIM ASSIGNMENT OF THE FUNCTIONS OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND OF THE FUNCTIONS OF MANAGER IN CHARGE OF FINANCIAL REPORTING TO MS. CICOGNANI

Rimini, 6th March 2024 - The Board of Directors of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. ("IEG" or "Company") leading company in Italy in the organization of international trade fair events and listed on Euronext Milan, a regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, meeting today decided, with the positive opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, to appoint ad interim Ms. Lucia Cicognani as manager in charge of drafting corporate accounting documents pursuant to Law No. 262/2005 and Art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, as amended and supplemented, as a temporary replacement for Ms. Teresa Schiavina.

Ms. Lucia Cicognani, who has held the position of Financial Reporting, M&A and Compliance Manager of the Company since 2022, joined the IEG Group since 2015, having developed significant experience in accounting and administration at leading auditing firm.

On the basis of the communications made to the Company and to the public, at present Lucia Cicognani does not, as of today, hold directly and/or indirectly any shares in the Company.

The Company also announces that the functions of Chief Financial Officer will be held ad interim for the same period by IEG's Chief Executive Officer Mr. Corrado Peraboni.

On the basis of the communications made to the Company and to the public, at present Mr. Corrado Peraboni holds, directly and/or indirectly, 16,282 shares in the Company.
