ANTONIO SALERNO RESIGN FROM ITALMOBILIARE'S BoD

Milan, January 21, 2021 - Italmobiliare S.p.A. would like to announce that Antonio Salerno, an independent director since April 2017, resigned today from the Company's Board of Directors for professional reasons.

"This has been an important and fruitful time" commented Antonio Salerno, "and I would like to stress that I have been fully supportive of the evolution of the Company in this period. I trust that Italmobiliare is now perfectly placed to keep on growing, innovating and diversifying its portfolio."

The Chairperson and the Chief Executive Officer of Italmobiliare wish to thank Antonio Salerno for his work and his valuable contribution as independent director during these years.

Antonio Salerno is not a member of any Committee of the Company.

The director will be replaced in accordance with the law and the Company's by-laws.
