Hello ITNS Shareholders,
We've recently been made aware of various rumors being spread around on message boards claiming "Itonis is going out of business". Nothing could be further from the truth. Itonis would like to put these rumors and false accusations to rest. We are setting the record straight; we are still in business and have no plans to quit now. Again, we are NOT "closing up shop" and we are still working to "move the business forward".
To summarize the state of the business, we have run into several issues with our initial manufacturer (Oasis) and are in the process of changing manufacturers. The issue with Oasis has impacted our ability to get more Emesyl product for distribution and sale in a timely manner. This has had an effect on several planned activities and is the sole reason for not releasing the 10,000 commercial spots we still plan to air on cable TV.
We assure you, we are working as quickly as possible to resolve this manufacturing issue; however the impact on changing manufacturers involves a process that requires some time to complete. Unfortunately there is no quick fix, and we will release more information about our new manufacturer at a later time.
As a result of the many inquiries we are receiving, we are extending an open invitation to anyone wishing to visit our office in person. Our CEO (Mark Cheung) will make himself available to any shareholder. We only ask that you first email our office with your contact information so we can schedule your visit accordingly.
