JSW SA Changes to the composition of the JSW S.A. Management Board
Body of the Report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ('JSW', 'Company') hereby reports that on 18 January 2021 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss from the JSW Management Board Mr. Włodzimierz Hereźniak, who had served in the capacity of President of the Management Board.
At the same time, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to:
- entrust Mr. Artur Dyczko with the duties of Acting President of the Management Board in the period from 18 January 2021 to the date of appointment of President of the Management Board. In this period, Mr. Artur Dyczko will continue to serve as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters.
- entrust Mr. Radosław Załoziński with the duties of Acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales in the period from 18 January 2021. In this period, Mr. Radosław Załoziński will continue to serve as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters.
Legal basis:
§ 5 item 4 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
