which was dissolved on June 30, 2022 by the resolution of the board of
directors and has elected Hou Kouan as the liquidator who is responsible for
handling all liquidation matters of Jih Sun Venture Capital. The creditors of
Jih Sun Venture Capital are requested register with Jih Sun Venture Capital
with the certificates of the obligatory claim within three months from the
day after the release of this material information and those who fail to
declare after the deadline are not included in the liquidation.
