5.Cause of occurrence:The shareholders meeting of JS Cresvale Securities
International Ltd. to resolve capital reduction of HKD110 million.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)The announcement is made in accordance with section 215
of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance(Cap.622). As a result of the
capital reduction 110,000,000 shares will be cancelled with a capital
reduction ratio of 25%; the paid-in capital will be HKD330,000,000
upon the aforementiond reduction.
(2)Any creditor of JS Cresvale Securities International Ltd. craving to
object to the aforementiond capital reduction shall submit an objection
in writing within 5 weeks from the following day after the date which
this announcement is made, failing which,it will be deemed to have no
objection.
