KASBAH RESOURCES : TRADING HALT REQUEST

Kasbah Resources Limited, ACN 116 931 705 (ASX: KAS) (the 'Company') requests its securities are placed in a trading halt with immediate effect on 18 September 2020 pending a response to a Price and Volume Query received from ASX.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rules 17.1, the Company: (a) requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 21 September 2020 or when the response from the Company is announced on ASX; (b) is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.

Its Ment project consists of PR type of permits, including 1939809 and 1939821. Its exploration program focuses on exploration on regional targets across the Ment and Zaer Granite areas.
