Subject: Notification of Early Redemption of the Subordinated Debentures of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED No.1/2012 due 2022 with the Issuer's Right to Redeem Prior to the Maturity Date and the Last Interest Payment

KASllLIMITED (the "Bank") had issued and offered for sale the Subordinated Debentures of KASllLIMITED No.1/2012 due 2022 with the Issuer 's Right to Redeem Prior to the Maturity Date (the "Debentures") with aggregate principal amount of Bahl 22,000,000,000, face value of Bahl 1,000 per unit, offering amount 22 ,000,000 units. The issue date is 15 February 2012 and the maturity date is 15 February 2022.

In pursuant to Terms and Conditions of the Debentures, the Bank may redeem all Debentures prior to the Maturity Date at the 5-year anniversary from the issue date or any interest payment date after the 5-year anniversary from the issue date if written approvalfrom the Bank of Thailand (BOT) has been obtained.

The Bank would like to inform that the BOT has granted an approval for the Bank to redeem the whole amount of the Debentures. Therefore, the Bank would like to exercise the right to redeem the Debentures prior to the maturity date on 15 February 2017.

Consequently, the Bank would like to close the debentureholders registration book for determining the right to receive the principal from the early redemption and the final payment of interest on 1 February 20 17 at 12.00 pm. The principal and interest will be paid on 15 February 2017 at the coupon rate of 4.50 percent for the interest period of 92 days calculated from 15 November 2016 to 14 February 2017.

In this regard, the Bank would like to request all the Debentures holders to submit the Debenture certificates to any branch of the Bank or in the form of registered mail to the Registrar and Account Administration Unit, Securities Services Department, KASIKORNBANILIMITED.
