Kasikornbank Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Rapee Sucharitakul from the Positions of Director and Member of the Risk Management Committee

Kasikornbank Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Rapee Sucharitakul has submitted his resignation from the positions of director and member of the risk management committee of the bank, as the cabinet has approved to appoint him as the Secretary-General of Securities and Exchange Commission. The resignation took effect on April 29, 2015.
