Explanations
As part of Koç Holding's 2050 carbon-neutrality target and the Carbon Transition Program which has been put forth to achieve this, and considering the publicly announced emission reduction targets of Koç Group companies, Koç Holding Board of Directors resolved that "Koç Holding commits to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions 27% by 2030 and 49% by 2040 compared to 2017 baseline year" and that future efforts shall be made in line with this target.
This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
