Announcement Regarding the Selection and Application for "Prime Market"
in Tokyo Stock Exchange New Market Segments
KOITO MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. ("KOITO") has received the results of the initial assessment of its compliance with the listing standards of the new market segments from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") on July 9, 2021, and confirmed its compliance with the listing standards for the "Prime Market" under new market segments.
Based on this result, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting held on November 25 2021, to select the "Prime Market" of the TSE which is scheduled to shift on April 4, 2022.
KOITO will proceed with the prescribed procedures related to the application for the selection of the new market segment in accordance with the schedule established by the TSE.
