Komerční banka, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33, building identification No. 969, postal code 114 07, company ID No. 45317054, entered in the register of companies kept by the Metropolitan Court of Prague, in section B, file No. 1360, announces that, in connection with the expiration of her term of office, the Supervisory Board has re-elected Ms. Jitka Haubová as a member of the Board of Directors for a new term of office with effect from 5 June 2024.
