Grand Court Cause No: FSD 149 of 2021

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Order 8, Rule 2 of the Companies Winding Up Rules (2018), the First Meeting of Creditors in the official liquidation of KrisEnergy Ltd will be held on 25 August 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Singapore Time (24 August 2021 at 10:00p.m. Cayman Islands Time) by teleconference for the purpose of providing an update on the status of the liquidation, and electing a liquidation committee.

Any creditor intending to participate in the meeting must send written notice of their intention to attend to the joint official liquidators no later than 23 August 2021. Dial in details will be provided prior to the meeting to all participants.
