On July 19, 2021, L Brands, Inc. (the "Company") plans to hold virtual investor meetings for Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret & Co. ("Victoria's Secret") in connection with its previously announced separation of the Victoria's Secret business into an independent, publicly traded company.
