Neuhausen am Rheinfall, February 13, 2014 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) will report on its results for the fourth quarter 2013 and full fiscal year 2013 on Thursday, February 27,

2014. The results will be published in a press release to be dispatched at 7:00 a.m. CET. An analyst and media conference previously scheduled for the same day will not take place.

As announced earlier, the newly elected Board of Directors of LifeWatch AG is analyzing the company in detail over the coming months in order to elaborate proposals to unlock growth poten- tial. The Board of Directors will present the outcome of its analysis and its strategic findings in an analyst and media conference to be held prior to the next Shareholders Meeting which is scheduled for May 28, 2014 in Zurich.
