Notice to the Market

Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization ("Light" or "Company") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY), in continuance with the Material Facts disclosed on May 12 and 15, 2023, and the Notice to the Market disclosed on October 11 2023, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the 3rd Business Court of the District of the Capital of Rio de Janeiro has granted the extension of the stay period, for a period of 90 (ninety) days counted from April 09, 2024, or until the voting of the Judicial Reorganization Plan. The effects of this decision also extend in favor of Light Serviços de Eletricidade S.A. e Light Energia S.A.
