LionHub Group Limited (ASX: LHB) (LionHub or the Company) confirms the following results at its Annual General Meeting held today:

Resolution 2: The resolution to adopt the Remuneration Report was passed by a show of hands.

Proxy details in respect of this resolution were as follows:

  1. there were 5,592,621 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy vote for the resolution;

  2. there were 54,570 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy vote against the resolution;

  3. there were 2,100 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy abstain on the resolution;

  4. there were 56,004,796 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy may vote at the proxy's discretion.

Resolution 3: The resolution to re-elect Ms. Jamie Gee Choo Khoo as a Director was passed by a show of hands.

Proxy details in respect of this resolution were as follows:

  1. there were 5,838,091 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy vote for the resolution;

  2. there were 10,000 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy vote against the resolution;

  3. there were 1,200 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy abstain on the resolution;

  4. there were 583,419,828 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy may vote at the proxy's discretion.

Resolution 4: The resolution to elect Ms. Kwee Jee Lee as a Director was passed by a show of hands.

Proxy details in respect of this resolution were as follows:

  1. there were 5,838,091 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy vote for the resolution;

  2. there were 10,000 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy vote against the resolution;

  3. there were 1,200 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy abstain on the resolution;

  4. there were 583,419,828 proxy votes in respect of which the appointments specified that the proxy may vote at the proxy's discretion.

MR. GEOFFREY MCINTYRE RETIRES AS DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

As previously advised, Mr. Geoffrey McIntyre retired as a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Board at the conclusion of the Meeting.

On behalf of the Board, Mr. CK Kho confirmed his gratitude to Mr. McIntyre for the guidance and assistance that he had provided to the Company during its formative years as a listed company offering investors direct access to the high potential industrial/technology park sector in China.
