Lojas Americanas S.A. announced consolidated and parent earnings results for the first half of 2018. For the period, the company reported consolidated net revenues reached BRL 7.8 billion or 8.1% increase over first half '17. Consolidated gross profit for the semester was BRL 2.6 billion, 15.2% increase. Consolidated EBITDA totaled BRL 1.1 billion or 10.4% increase or EBITDA margin of 14.1%, 0.3 percentage point increase compared to the first half 2017. From a consolidated perspective, net revenues reached BRL 4.9 billion, 13% increase over the first half of 2017. In the same-store concept, net revenues reached growth of 9.4% in the first half of the year, which is the highest growth since 2014. The parent company posted a 13% growth in net revenue and same-store growth of 9.4% the first half. It was the larger same-store growth of the past 4 years.
