Lojas Americanas S.A. (BOVESPA:LAME4) agreed to acquire remaining 37.5% stake in B2w Cia Digital S.A. on February 19, 2021. Post completion, B2w Cia Digital S.A. will merge its operations with Lojas Americanas S.A. A committee will be appointed to study specifics of the combination and present options to the boards of both companies. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as financial advisor to B2W - Companhia Digital.
