Manutan International : takes part in the INSA Lyon Careers Day

For four years in a row, the Manutan group has been a partner to the High Level Sports Section of INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées) Lyon, a multidisciplinary Grande Ecole (high-level French university) with international influence. In November, Manutan took part in their Careers Day specialising in Industrial Engineering to meet the students.

This year, this flagship event for the engineering school was completely digital due to the corona measures. Around ten Manutan Supply chain and Human resources employees, including an INSA student who was doing their internship in the company, attended the event. On the agenda: recruitment interviews with students, a company presentation and a round table discussion on the theme of keeping up team spirit remotely.

Benjamin Le Bihan, Manutan supply chain network manager, gave positive feedback: 'The students appreciated meeting our managers as well as the values portrayed by Manutan: passion, sincerity and responsibility. This year, the digital format enabled us to meet even more students, through spontaneous interviews. They were always open to discussion and showed great maturity. And this is palpable when they come and work with us. They contribute a lot and need to be fostered with new challenges. Often, the scope of the assignment soon broadens.'

This day dedicated to discussion and discovery was a success for Manutan which aims to recruit tomorrow's young talent through this type of event.
