Mayer Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in manufacturing and trading of steel pipes, steel sheets and other products made of steel, property investment and leasing of aircrafts. The Company operates in four segments: steel, which is engaged in the manufacture and trading of steel pipes, steel sheets and other products made of steel; property investment, which leases office premises to generate rental income; investments, which invests in unlisted equity securities, and aircraft, which leases aircrafts and provides consultancy services to the lessee. Its subsidiaries include Bamian Investments Pte. Limited, ROC Advance Limited, Sunbeam Group Limited, Top Force International Limited and Advance Century Development Limited.On May 9, 2011, it acquired Yield Rise, subsequently Yield Rise had become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. In January, the Company sold its subsidiary Bamian Investments.
