Media Maker S p A : The Shareholders’ Meeting appointed the new board of Statutory Auditors and the company’s independent auditor

MEDIA - MAKER S.P.A. - THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MEDIA-MAKER

APPOINTED THE NEW BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS AND THE

COMPANY'S INDEPENDENT AUDITOR

Milan, 27 September 2021 - The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Media-Maker S.p.A., a company specialized in the production and distribution of Branded Content, listed on Euronext Growth Paris (ALKER-FR), held today, appointed the new members of the Board of Statutory Auditors, for a three-years term, expiring with the approval of the financial statements for the year 2023, and determined the relevant emoluments. The new Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of the acting Statutory Auditors: Luca Zoani (Chairman), Giuseppe Dell'Osso, Davide Marsico. The alternate Statutory Auditors are: Paolo Cricchio e Fabrizio Gnecco.

In addition, upon the motivated proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Shareholders' Meeting decided to confer the mandate of independent auditor of Media-Maker S.p.A. to the auditing firm Ria Grant Thornton S.p.A. for the financial years 2021-2023.

The Shareholders' Meeting decided also to determine in n. 3 (three) the number of the members of the Board of Directors. The minutes of shareholders' meeting together with a summary report of the results of the shareholders' votes, will be made available within the terms established by law.
