On October 8, 2021, MedMen Enterprises Inc. (the "Company") received notification from Tim Bossidy, the Company's interim Chief Operating Officer, of his resignation effective October 15, 2021. Mr. Bossidy's decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
