MeiHua Holdings Group Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600873) commences share repurchases on July 26, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 9, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase to repurchase up to CNY 1,000 million worth of its class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 12 per share.

The repurchases will be funded from the company's own funds. The purpose of the program is to repurchase shares for cancellation and reduction of registered capital. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
