Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform you that the Thirteenth Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Mercator Limited (Corporate Debtor) was successfully convened on Wednesday, 16 February, 2022, wherein all the resolutions were put up for e-voting by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Corporate Debtor.

The aforementioned e-voting was concluded at 8:00 PM IST on Tuesday, 22 February, 2022, in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations), wherein, the resolution pertaining to the pattern of the distribution of proceeds of resolution plan between the dissenting financial creditors (basis the specific request received from the CoC members) and appointment of new Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer of the Corporate Debtor, has been approved by requisite majority of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor.
