Meteoric Resources NL is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploring mineral tenements in Brazil and Western Australia. The Company's projects include Palm Springs WA, Caldeira Project, and other projects. The Palm Springs Gold Project is located in the Halls Creek Orogen of Western Australia, which includes approximately 20 kilometers (km) of prospective strike, covering more than 12,500 hectares with more than 60 known gold occurrences outside the Butchers Creek Mine. The Caldeira Project comprises approximately 51 licenses (23 mining licenses and 21 mining license applications), which is located in the Minas Gerais State of Brazil. In Australia, the Company also holds interests in projects, such as Webb Diamond JV and Warrego North IOCG Project. The Webb Diamond JV covers an area of about 400 square kilometers (km2).
