NornickelPublic Joint Stock Company "Mining and Metallurgical Company "Norilsk Nickel" and its subsidiariesGo to the glossary, the world's largest producer of palladium and high-grade nickel and a major producer of platinum and copper, announces management changes.

Vladimir Zhukov has been appointed Vice President, Investor Relations and Sustainability. In his new position, in addition to investor relations, for which he was previously responsible, Vladimir Zhukov will also oversee the CompanyPublic Joint Stock Company "Mining and Metallurgical Company "Norilsk Nickel"Go to the glossary's sustainable development agenda.

He will be in charge of the Investor Relations Department and the Sustainability Department.

Mikhail Borovikov will head the Investor Relations Department.

Andrey Bougrov, who has been Senior Vice President for Sustainable Development since 2020, is leaving Nornickel. He has been nominated by Nornickel's shareholders to join the new Board of Directors.

BIOS

Vladimir Zhukov graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in 1995 with a degree in IT/Economics (Scientific and Technical Information Systems) and holds PhD in Economics. In 1999, he received a PhD from Nottingham University Business School.

Prior to joining Norilsk Nickel he had worked as a mining and metals analyst and was head of research for the Russian Equities Research Department at HSBC Bank in Russia. From 2007 to 2011, he was a mining and metals analyst at Lehman Brothers/Nomura and from 2005 to 2007 was a research analyst at Alfa Bank. From 2001 to 2005 he worked in the Investor Relations Department of Nornickel, from 1999 to 2001 he was an analyst at Credit Suisse Investment Bank in New York.

In 2013, he headed the Investor Relations Department at Norilsk Nickel, and in 2016 he was appointed Vice President for Investor Relations.

Mikhail Borovikov graduated with honours from Moscow State Linguistic University in 2005.

From 2007 to 2011, he worked in the International and Investor Relations Department of Vimpel-Communications. From 2011 to 2012 he was Head of Investor Relations at Euroset-Retail, and from 2012 to 2013 he was Director of Investor Relations at Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port.

In 2013, he headed the investment community relations division at Nornickel, and in 2016 he was appointed deputy director of Investor Relations Department.
