Mold-Tek Packaging Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 1,602.85 million compared to INR 1,335.19 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 1,604.36 million compared to INR 1,336.55 million a year ago. Net income was INR 166.64 million compared to INR 149.39 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.8 compared to INR 5.26 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.39 compared to INR 5.05 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 4,535.47 million compared to INR 3,178.77 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 4,540.18 million compared to INR 3,183.49 million a year ago. Net income was INR 463.37 million compared to INR 299.08 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 16.42 compared to INR 10.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 15.29 compared to INR 10.18 a year ago.
Mold-Tek Packaging Limited is an India-based holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of injection molded containers for lubes, paints, food, and other products. It operates through the packaging containers segment. The Companyâs products include paint packaging, lubricant packs, food containers, bulk packaging, and dispenser pumps & sanitizer containers. It also offers in-mould labelling (IML) decoration and also has a heat transfer label (HTL) as well as silk screen printing. The Company offers lube containers with tamperproof flexi spouts for easy pouring and usage. It also provides bulk containers for bulk drugs, chemicals, and food. Its products also include paint pails, lubricants, twist lock packs, peanut butter packs, restaurant packs and ice cream packs. The Company is also engaged in importing and supplying pumps for various sanitizers, hand wash, soap manufacturing companies, and others. Its wholly owned subsidiary is Mold-Tek Packaging FZE, UAE.
