Revised financial calendar 2019

As a consequence of the adoption of the merger of Højgaard Holding A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S, with Højgaard Holding as the continuing company under the name MT Højgaard Holding A/S, the Company has changed its financial calendar for 2019:

∙Interim financial report for the first quarter of 2019: 28 May 2019

∙Interim financial report for the second quarter of 2019: 28 August 2019

∙Interim financial report for the third quarter of 2019: 13 November 2019

The change is to ensure that the merger is accounted for correctly in the Company's interim finan- cial reports. The merger will be accounted for by applying the purchase method and taking into account the fact that MT Højgaard Holding A/S will not have accounting effect until 5 April 2019.
