Mostostal Warszawa S A : The Marshal's Office building in Szczecin was recognized in the "Construction of the 21st Century" competition

"Modernization of the Year & Construction of the 21st Century" is an initiative with a tradition dating back to 1996, setting new trends in construction and promoting the best modernizations and constructions. The competition rewards investors, contractors, and designers for their specific projects as a collective effort of all three entities. The goal of the competition is to select construction projects: modernizations and new facilities completed by the first quarter of 2023, distinguished by outstanding qualitative, functional, urban, and aesthetic qualities. The competition promotes the functionality of modernized and refurbished buildings and structures, modern technology and design solutions, the use of new techniques, modern, efficient, and safe equipment, high-quality construction and conservation work, ecological effects, and, in the case of historic buildings, a focus on architecture and cultural heritage protection.

Additionally, the project received a certificate of recognition from the industry magazine "Build with Intelligence," the media patron of the 27th edition of the Modernization of the Year & Construction of the 21st Century Competition.
