On July 1, around 9 a.m., 30 men including several security staff of the Agro Holding's former owners, the Guta family, forcibly entered the territory of MRIYA's operating auto transport enterprise located in the city of Khorostkiv, Gusyatyn district, Ternopil region, and have been obstructing access to the site for the Agro Holding's employees.
MRIYA Agro Holding holds all the documents necessary to confirm the legality of its presence and operations at the aforementioned site. Due to the fact that the persons, who illegally entered the auto transport enterprise, still remain on its territory and refuse to leave, the company has been forced to arrange for around-the-clock increased security of the outside perimeter. MRIYA representatives have also contacted the relevant law enforcement agencies and submitted all necessary complaints.
MRIYA Agro Holding urges the law enforcement agencies to intervene and prevent a raider takeover of the enterprise.
