Namuga Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A190510) signed a contract to acquire 8.29% stake in Nanos Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A151910) from Lee, Hae-Jin for KRW 5 billion in cash on February 19, 2016. Namuga will pay a deposit of KRW 3 billion on February 22, 2016 and the balance of KRW 2 billion will be paid on March 30, 2016. In a related transaction, Namuga will acquire 1.07 million new shares in Nanos.
As of March 29, 2016, the scheduled settlement date is postponed from on March 30, 2016 to April 29, 2016.
