CapVest Partners LLP agreed to acquire NATRA S.A. from World Confectionery Group S.a R.L. on July 15, 2022. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2022 and is subject to customary approvals. Natra generated a turnover last year of around Ã410 million. As of September 21, 2022, The European Commission (EC) has cleared the transaction.
The team from KPMG Abogados providing spanish and international tax advice to CapVest and due diligence assistance was formed by the partner, -lvaro de Silva, -lvaro HernÃndez, Ricardo L=pez. The team from Urfa MenTndez advising Investindustrial was formed by Ignacio Albi±ana, Eduardo Bagarfa, Antonio Guerra, Julia Figueras and Josep Moreno. Citigroup Inc. acted as the financial advisor to Investindustrial. Ernst & Young provided tax vendor assistance. David Arnold and Andrew Gray of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP acted as legal advisors to CapVest Partners LLP in the deal. Cuatrecasas acted as legal advisors to CapVest .
