NCS&A Co., Ltd. (TSE:9709) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 270,000 shares, representing 1.61% of its share capital, at ¥468 per share for ¥126.36 million. The purpose of the program is to implement an agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until July 30, 2021. As of June 30, 2021, the company had 16,741,255 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,258,745 shares in treasury.
NCS&A CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of integrated information services, including the design, development, operation support and maintenance of systems. The systems development business is engaged in the design of systems, the development of software, and the sale of customized packaged software products. The services business is engaged in the provision of maintenance services for computer equipment and other hardware, and system support services for enterprise computer systems, as well as the operation of inbound and outbound call centers for distribution and mail order fields.
