NEW YORK, April 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Neuberger Berman Intermediate Municipal Fund Inc. (NYSE MKT: NBH) has announced a distribution declaration of $0.075 per share of common stock. The Fund seeks to provide income that is exempt from regular federal income tax. The distribution announced today is payable on May 16, 2016, has a record date April 29, 2016 and has an ex-date of April 27, 2016.
