CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVES

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of New Silkroad Culturaltainment Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Ng Kwong Chue, Paul ("Mr. Paul Ng") has resigned and ceased to act as (i) the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"); (ii) the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange"); and (iii) the authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process and notices on the Company's behalf in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively, the "Authorised Representatives") with effect from 18 September 2020.

The Board further announces that Mr. Ng Mo Chun ("Mr. MC Ng") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representatives with effect from 18 September 2020.

Mr. MC Ng is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor degree in business administration and a master degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. MC Ng has extensive experience in accounting, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, capital financing and listing compliance. Prior to joining of the Company, he has worked at a reputable audit firm and has held the finance and company secretary positions for a company listed on the mainboard of the Stock Exchange.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Paul Ng for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and would also extend its warm welcome to Mr. MC Ng for his new appointment.
