Merdeka Financial Services Group Limited Appoints Ng Ka Sim, Casina as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Merdeka Financial Services Group Limited announced that Ms. Ng Ka Sim, Casina has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee of the Company, the nomination committee of the Company and the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 7 May 2019.
