On July 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Nova LifeStyle, Inc. received a resignation letter from Mr. Bin Liu, an independent member of the Board, Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee and a member of the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees, respectively, effective immediately.
