Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. (BME:OHL) acquired the remaining 7.75% stake in Community Asphalt Corp. from José Fernández and John Morris on August 29, 2017. Under the transaction, José Fernández sold 6.75% stake in Community Asphalt Corp. while John Morris sold 1%.
