The transaction included participation from new investors, Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited for 466,666,667 shares, Chularangsri Yugala for 308,333,333 shares, Jindasorn Sangrit for 125,000,000 shares, Patipol Prawangsuk for 50,000,000 shares, Adam Insawang for 50,000,000 shares, Miss Ratha Weerapong for 50,000,000 shares, Suphan Settapanich for 150,000,000 shares. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
