(henceforth the "Bank"), following relevant notifications received on 8 April 2024 from Mr. Theodoros Efthis, independent non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, hereby announces that on 5 April 2024, Mr. Theodoros Efthis, sold 7,000 shares at a total transaction value of € 61,585.85.

Mr. Efthis is subject to the obligation to disclose his transactions involving shares issued by the Bank in accordance with Article 19 of EU regulation 596/2014.
