Subject: : Execution of a general contracting agreement for construction of ibis Styles hotel located in Szczecin

The Management Board of "Orbis" Spółka Akcyjna (the "Issuer") hereby informs that on December 18, 2018, the Issuer executed a general contracting agreement (the "GCA") with Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A. with its registered office in Kraków, at 8W, Wadowicka Street, registered in the register of entrepreneurs under the number KRS 0000012902, with the share capital PLN 200,000,000.00 (the "General Contractor"), concerning the ibis Styles hotel (161 rooms) located in Szczecin, at 10, Panieńska Street. The parties agreed that the General Contractor's net fee will amount to PLN 41.5 million. The construction works should be finished by the General Contractor in the third quarter of 2020. The execution of the GCA is in line with the Issuer's strategy of concentrating its investments in subsidiary properties in key city markets of the region that offer long-term value growth and an attractive return on investment.
