Orbis : Suspension of the exercise of buy-out option over a hotel “Century Old Town Prague MGallery by Sofitel”

Subject: suspension of the exercise of buy-out option over a hotel "Century Old Town Prague MGallery by Sofitel".

Legal grounds: Article 17. 1 MAR - Confidential information.

In reference to the current report No. 5/2018 dated 13 February 2018, The Management Board of "Orbis" Spółka Akcyjna (the "Issuer") hereby informs that the Issuer's subsidiary - Kateřinská Hotel s.r.o. will not execute the buy-out option over the hotel "Century Old Town Prague MGallery by Sofitel" within the date specified in the above-mentioned report i.e. 30 August 2018. Reason for the above situation is unexpected questioning by the seller of the financial terms and conditions of the buy-out option right execution. The parties are currently discussing a possible amicable solution which could allow for exercising of this right. The Issuer will inform about any further significant decision and arrangement related to the subject transaction.
