Oyj Ahola Transport : Meeting emission targets possible through active efforts

Oyj Ahola Transport Abp has proven that the European Union's climate targets for 2030 for non-emissions trading sectors can be achieved, even significantly before the target. Calculations made by the University of Oulu in Finland and verified by the certification company DNV-GL show that the logistics group has succeeded in reducing greenhouse gas emissions by as much as 59 percent compared to the 2005 reference values, already in 2019. In practice, this means that the EU target is met a full ten years in advance.
