2.Reason for capital reduction:As the applicable vesting conditions of the
2017 RSA Plan, 2018 RSA Plan, 2019 RSA Plan and 2020 RSA Plan were not
satisfied for certain employees who were terminated by 6/30/2022, the Board
of Directors meeting resolved to repurchase and cancel all those RSA shares
previously issued to the Ex-Employees.

- The issued shares will be reduced from 81,189,538 shares to 81,185,688

- 1,550 shares are for the 2019 RSA Plan.
- 2,025 shares are for the 2020 RSA Plan.
- The record date: August 3, 2022.
