ParkVida : Officer/Director Disclosure

Appointment of Director.

On November 29, 2021, the Park Vida Group, Inc. ("Company") board of directors ("Board") appointed Ruairidh Campbell, our chief operating officer, to serve on the Board until the next annual meeting of stockholders for the election of directors.

Mr. Campbell has been involved in the Company for many years and brings with his appointment a keen sense of its mission. He has a wealth of experience in law, management, finance and regulatory compliance that cuts across a range of industries. Mr. Campbell also advises early-stage businesses as the founder of Orsa & Company, a full service business advisory firm. Orsa works with government regulators, business organizations, auditors, accountants, attorneys and quasi-public governing bodies on behalf its clients.

Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in History and from the University of Utah College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Campbell continues to serve as the Company's chief operating officer, as an officer and director of Allied Resources, Inc., an oil & gas production company, and as an officer and director of Providence Resources, Inc., a former oil & gas exploration company, each of which is quoted on the OTC Pink Sheets Current Information platform.
