Essence of the Event: A Judgement Approving a Settlement

in a Motion to Approve a Class Action against the Company

Further to the Company's report dated October 30, 2017 (Ref. No. 2017-02-102771), further to that stated in Section 24.1 of the chapter of the corporation's business in the periodic report for the year 2022, as published on March 28, 2023 (Ref. No. 2023-01- 029092), and further to that stated in section 24 of the chapter of updates to the corporation's business in relation with the periodic report for the year 2022, in the quarterly report for the period ending on March 31, 2023, as published on May 30, 2023 (Ref. No. 2023-01-049546), with respect to a request to approve a settlement arrangement, in an amount that is not material to the Company, which was filed at the Central District Court, as part of a request for approval of a claim as a class action, in which it was claimed that the Company violated the privacy of its customers by illegally using location data, the Company hereby announces, that on September 28, 2023, a judgement was issued that approves the settlement submitted by the parties.
